  Welcome to District 12 of the Wing Family of America. Our region includes the states of Idaho, Alaska, Washinton, and Oregon. We would like to invite all our current Wing cousins to the next Wing Family reunion for District 12 WFA members and Martin Wing descendants.  It will be held the weekend of August 27-28, 2011 at The Dalles and Tygh Valley, Oregon.

Wing Family reunion for District 12 WFA members and Martin Wing descendants.

The Dalles and Tygh Valley, Oregon

Details are still being worked out by our joint planning group that will be meeting in April, but the general schedule will be as follows:

  • Saturday evening dinner and program at the Portage Grill (part of the Shilo Hotel complex) in The Dalles.
  • Sunday afternoon picnic and social gathering at the Wasco County Fairgrounds in Tygh Valley.
  • A tour of Wamic will likely be included.
  • A block of rooms has been set aside at the Shilo Inns Hotel & Suites in The Dalles.  Rates are $84 per night for a double queen/single king room and $145 per night for a two-bedroom suite.  The phone number for making reservations is (503) 297-2551.
